Yoga Nidra: Relax and Restore

Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep or elucidated sleep) is a nourishing practice for deep relaxation physically, mentally, and emotionally. The stillness of the practice brings incredible calm and mental clarity. It offers the space to explore what you need at the moment as well as release long held emotions. Its been said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to a three-hour nap.
Class begins with gentle stretches and moves into a long guided relaxation. Its not meditation and anyone can do it!
